Hannah Levbarg, REALTOR

I love what I do. In 2013, I changed my career path to become a Realtor®, and I haven’t once looked back. I’ve enjoyed closing smooth sales for buyers and sellers across many types of property, price ranges and areas. I believe continual growth and learning is intrinsic to providing the best possible professional service in any business, and my active work on developing these is ongoing. I always value continuing professional education in addition to the volume of experience I grow with every transaction, and it's important to me to have a deep understanding of financing, title and other related fields in this industry.

Without my amazing community of colleagues, I likely never would have got my career off the ground and quickly grown to love it so much. Because of this, since 2014, I’ve served our Realtor community in many roles. I love working cooperatively with my fellows, bending our heads and sometimes our hearts around new questions and challenges in our industry and doing our best to find solutions to problems and new ways to advance and support our individual businesses and best practices. I have served Santa Fe Association of Realtors as a committee member for MLS, Realtor of the Year, Grievance, Technology and Pro Standards and I was elected by my fellows to serve as a Board Director in 2020. I served as President Elect, President and then Secretary of Women’s Council of Realtors Santa Fe in 2016, 2017 and 2018, and this year I sit on the New Mexico Association of Realtors' Strategic Planning, Professional Education and Member Services committees, and am the 2020 Chair for the Professional Education committee. I like being this deeply involved in my industry.

A little background: I’m a native Austinite who’s lived, worked and studied around the world and the country before finally settling in northern New Mexico in 2009. I love living here. My extensive business history before real estate includes small retail shop ownership (in partnership with my husband, James) in Bath, England, and work in research/business planning/financial modeling for small to medium enterprises across public and private sectors in the UK. I also have years of experience in web design, print production and high-level admin, and I even cooked in a resort bar and grill for two years. Fortunately, cooking is a lifelong passion of mine, so that was an okay gig. I sing and play bass guitar. I have three cats, and my husband and my mom are my best friends.
