I started my Real Estate career in 1995 & continue to expand my knowledge & experience as a Real Estate Professional. Recently it was an honor to have been selected as "Realtor of the Year for 2010" by the Silver City Regional Board of Realtors®. In addition to sales, I've worked as a Property Manager & in 1998 completed the course study to become a licensed Registered Real Estate Appraiser within the State of New Mexico. In 2005 & again in 2015 I was the President of the Grant County Board of Realtors & in 2017 President of the Grant County MLS Board
While apprenticing as a Fee Appraiser for a prominent local Appraiser, I was offered a position with the Grant County Assessors Office as a Field Appraiser & was solely responsible for appraising the Commercial & Business Personal Property within Grant County.
