For the last six years, Mick has volunteered for LifeROOTS, a non-profit organization that supports individuals with disabilities from birth to adulthood through education, therapy, work programs, and community. They provide clients with inclusive opportunities and employment to help foster their independence.

In the current Covid-19 pandemic many of our elderly are shut in in nursing homes with very little contact to the outside world. Social isolation is impacting everyone, in every nursing home around the country because people are stuck in their rooms which research shows can undermine their physical and mental health.

We wanted to recognize the Las Cruces Association Of REALTORS® for their outstanding community efforts in Southern New Mexico! They raised over $13,000 last October (2019) at our Annual Golf Tournament and Charity Auction. The 2019 raised funds are for donations for 2020 to local non-profits in Dona Ana County.
